Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Desco Infratech has informed that the Company has received the following Purchase orders in the ordinary course of business: 1. Purchase Order from Sun Drops Energia for execution of Solar Infrastructure Works; and 2. Purchase Order from KP Energy for execution of Cable Laying with Digging in Gujarat. The detailed disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure – A.
