Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulation), Sharika Enterprises has informed that the Company has received a Purchase order from Larsen & Toubro Limited, for Supply of communicable FPIs- RDSS Varanasi SCADA PuVVNL Project, for a consideration of Rs 9,46,80,856. The disclosure as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is attached and marked as Annexure I to this letter.
