Trent plans to raise upto Rs 500 crore through NCDs
Date: 23-03-2026Trent is planning to raise upto an amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore through issuance of unsecured, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), on a private placement basis. The Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held on March 26, 2026 will consider the same.
