Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 3, 2026, has: i. Taken note of the resignation of Venkata Aditya Kumar Grandhi, Chief Financial Officer of the Company (Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management) with effect from close of the business hours on April 03, 2026, Approved the appointment of Rajesh Tummalaganti, as Interim Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management) of the Company with effect from April 04, 2026, till the time a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed by the Board. Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations, the company has enclosed the revised details of the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company for the purpose of determining the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges as and when required. In this regard, it has enclosed the necessary details in Annexure-A as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular Ho/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026. The Board Meeting commenced at 6:30 pm and concluded at 07:15 pm.
