FIIs net sellers of Rs 1305.19 crore in futures and options segments on November 23

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 1305.19 crore in futures and options segments on Wednesday, November 23, 2011.

FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1288.36 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 821.03 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 806.61 crore and they sold stock options to the tune of Rs 2.41 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on November 23, 2011 is 36.17%.
