GSP Crop Science gets nod to sell industrial land for Rs 23.65 crore

GSP Crop Science has received approval for sale/transfer of industrial land 66,740.60 square meters to promoter group company i.e. Indo GSP Chemicals for a consideration of Rs 23.65 crore.

The Board of Directors the company, at its meeting held on April 11, 2026, has approved the same.

GSP Crop Science is a research-driven agrochemical company, specializing in the development and manufacturing of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and plant growth regulators in India.
