Physical rubber prices remain steady on Wednesday

Physical rubber prices remained steady on Wednesday, though the futures market witnessed decline in late trade but the spot prices were unable to see any movement due to buyers’ apathy.

The spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 191.00/kg and Rs 188.00/kg respectively.

In futures market the contract of RSS-4 for December delivery declined to Rs 190.97 compared to its previous closing of Rs 193.12, while the contract for January delivery closed at Rs 192.25 compared to its previous closing of Rs 194.60 on National Multi Commodity Exchange.
