Farmax India considers resignation of director

Farmax India has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 23, 2011, has considered and approved raising funds by way of further issue of 10 crore equity shares to the promoters and others on preferential basis and resignation of M Malla Reddy from the office of directorship of the company.
