Godawari Power And Ispat Ltd.

Godawari Power and Ispat has transferred 7,32,000 equity shares of Ardent Steel (ASPL), an Associate Company, into the respective buyer account against consideration of Rs 22.18 crore, which represents 9.24% equity shares of ASPL.

The post conclusion of the third tranche of transfer of 7,32,000 equity shares, the Company’s stake reduced from 18.46% to 9.22% in ASPL.

Godawari Power and Ispat is engaged in the production of sponge iron, steel billets, ferro alloys, HB wires, oxygen, fly ash bricks and is also in the power business.
