Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Bharat Dynamics has informed that Chetan Bansilal Kankariya, Part-time Non-Official Independent Director, has ceased to hold his office with effect from 22 February 2026, upon completion of his tenure in terms of appointment order vide letter no. DDP-M0001(11)/3/2018-D(BDL) dated 22.04.2025.
