SBEC Sugar informs about disclosure

SBEC Sugar has informed that this is in reference to the agreement cum deed of settlement entered by Company on February 03, 2026 with Modi Industries as one time settlement of dues of Rs. 141,77,38,548 recoverable from Modi Industries against assignment of debt earlier taken by Company. The Company has received the balance sum from Modi Industries inclusive of interest for the full and final settlement of outstanding dues under the One Time Settlement (OTS) from Modi Industries. With the aforesaid payment, they certified that there are no dues outstanding from Modi Industries, whether by way of principal, interest, charges, or any other expenses against the aforesaid debt purchased by the Company.
