Rainbow Children's Medicare informs about updates

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Rainbow Children's Medicare has informed that the Company has inaugurated the following new healthcare facilities: 1. A new 60 beds Spoke Hospital, located at HRBR Layout, Hennur Junction, Karnataka; and 2. An IVF Centre under the brand name BirthRight Fertility, an extension of Marathahalli hub located at Mahadevpura, Karnataka. The requisite disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed herewith as Annexure - A - Disclosure relating to the Spoke Hospital at HRBR layout, Hennur Junction & the IVF Centre, BirthRight Fertility, Mahadevpura. Further, a press release in connection with the inauguration of the above facilities is enclosed as Annexure - B.
