Aditya Consumer Marketing has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, 08th May, 2026, to transact the following business: 1. To consider and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and year ended as on 31st March, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. 2. To review the operations of the Company, and. 3. Any other business that may deem necessary with the permission of the Chair. Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company has already been closed from, Wednesday, April 01, 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid results made public.
