Parag Milk Foods informs about receipt of request for re-classification

In accordance with Regulation 31A(8) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations) Parag Milk Foods has informed that the Company is in receipt of letter dated May 3, 2026 from Vitalia Tradeglob, a member of promoter group of the Company, requesting their re-classification from ‘promoter group’ category to ‘public’ category shareholders of the Company in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI LODR Regulations. As on May 4, 2026, Vitalia Tradeglob has Nil shareholding in the Company. The above re-classification request is subject to consideration and approval by the Board of Directors of the Company and no-objection from Stock Exchanges.
