Grasim Industries has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide a circular resolution passed on 4th May 2026, has granted 28,001 Stock Options/Units in aggregate, comprising of 18,722 Stock Options and 9,279 Performance Stock Units (PSUs) to eligible employees of the Company, under the Grasim Industries Limited-Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022 (the Scheme). The Scheme is implemented through the Grasim Employees’ Welfare Trust. Grant details are enclosed.
