In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, L&T Technology Services has informed that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Sumithra Gomatam (DIN: 07262602) as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, for a term of five years commencing from May 9, 2026 up to and including May 8, 2031, subject to the approval of the shareholders, by passing resolution through circulation today, on May 8, 2025 [around 3:00 pm (IST)]. With respect to above, information pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is appended as Annexure A.
