Captain Technocast has informed that the meeting of board of directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16th May, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the half year and year ended on 31st March, 2026; If any other business as approved by the Board. Pursuant to the company’s code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons of the Company, the Trading Window Close Period has commenced from 1 st April,2026 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public in board meeting dated 16th May, 2026.
