Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Angel One has informed that Ankit Rastogi, Chief Product Officer and Senior Management Personnel of the Company has submitted his resignation today May 08, 2026. His last working day will be August 31, 2026. The details that are required to be disclosed as per SEBI circular no. SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure A. The copy of the resignation letter with detailed reason is enclosed.
