Chembond Chemicals informs about board meeting

Chembond Chemicals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, to consider, approve the Audited Financial Results on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the Quarter/Year ended March 31, 2026 and to consider and recommend Final dividend, if any. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s internal code of conduct, for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors / Officers / Designated persons including their immediate relatives (pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/55 dated April 21, 2025) of the Company till 48 hours post the outcome of board meeting, till Monday, May 18, 2026.
