Titan Company has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 29.20% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,124 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 870 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 77.18% at Rs 24,086 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 13,594 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 35.36% rise in its net profit at Rs 1,179 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 871 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 80.31% at Rs 27,104 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 15,032 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 38.83% rise in its net profit at Rs 4,630 crore as compared to Rs 3,335 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 41.12% at Rs 78,089 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 55,335 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 52.02% rise in its net profit at Rs 5,073 crore as compared to Rs 3,337 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 44.62% at Rs 88,136 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 60,942 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
