Golden Securities has informed that the name of the company has changed from 'Golden Securities' to 'Golden Goenka Fincorp ' with effect from November 21, 2011. Further the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 21, 2011, has accepted the resignation of Vivek Goenka as managing director of the company with effect from November 23, 2011 and appointed Girdhari Lal Goenka as managing director of the company with effect from November 23, 2011.
