BBOX/SD/SE/2026/10 dated February 12, 2026, wherein the Company had intimated the acquisition of 100% stake in 2S Inovações Tecnológicas (‘2S’), a leading Brazilian solutions integrator by BLACK BOX DO BRASIL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO LTDA., Step Down Subsidiary of the Company. In this regard, Black Box has informed that all the terms and conditions pertaining to the aforesaid acquisition have been duly completed on May 13, 2026 at 2:00 am IST, and the said acquisition is effective from May 1, 2026.
