As informed vide its communication dated March 27, 2026 regarding intimation of closure of the trading window, the company has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
