Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), they are submitting the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2026 containing the Notice convening the 31st AGM for the FY 2026 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members, who have registered their email addresses with the Company/Depositories.
