Axis Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 11,677 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on November 06, 2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,91,97,423 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 46,92,09,100 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
