AvenuesAI gets nod to acquire balance 9.90% stake in Nueromind Technologies

AvenuesAI has received approval for the acquisition of balance 9.90% stake from the existing Shareholder of Nueromind Technologies, Subsidiary Company. Post acquisition, it would become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company.

Nueromind is in the business of Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled fraud detection & prevention market space with an initial focus on fintech & financial sector building AI solutions for Fraud detection, Authentication and Risk identification (FAR) to nurture AI ecosystem & develop solutions for the domestic and global market. Cost of acquisition is not exceeding Rs 1.25 crore. The said acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 days. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on May 29, 2026, has approved the same.
