MPL Plastics informs about newspaper publication

Pursuant to Regulation 47 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), MPL Plastics has informed that the Board of Director of the Company have approved the quarterly and year ended audited financial results (‘Financial results’) for the period ended 31st March, 2026 at their meeting held on 28th May 2026. The extract of the financial results was published in Active Times (English) on 29th May 2026 and Pratahkal (Marathi) on 29th May 2026. Copies of the same are attached.
