HT Media has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. 29th May, 2026 (which commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 1:00 PM) has transacted the following business(es): 1. Approved Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) (AFRs) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations; 2. Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026, prepared pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013; and 3. Approved investment of up to Rs 5 crores by subscribing to the equity shares of Mosaic Media Ventures Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (‘Mosaic’).
