One 97 Communications’ arm completes additional investment in Paytm Europe

One 97 Communications’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Paytm Cloud Technologies (PCTL) has completed an additional investment by way of subscription to 9 million equity shares of euro one each at a total consideration of 9 million euro in its wholly owned subsidiary, Paytm Europe Payments S.A (Paytm Europe).

Earlier, the board of directors of PCTL at its meeting held on May 25, 2026 had considered and approved the same.
