Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Part A Para A, Vibhor Steel Tubes has informed that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e., Thursday 4th June 2026 approved the Incorporation of Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Company under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 in the name and style of Viyom Steel Infra. Further, disclosure as required under Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed hereunder as Annexure A.
