ESAF Small Finance Bank informs about change in management

ESAF Small Finance Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank, in its meeting held on Thursday, June 04, 2026, have approved the following: Appointment of G Narasimha Murthy as Chief Risk Officer, Senior Management Personnel of the Bank, for a period of three years with effect from August 01, 2026, upon completion of the employment contract of Wilson Cyriac as Chief Risk Officer and Senior Management Personnel, on July 31, 2026. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/ 49/ 14/ 14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/ I/ 3762/ 2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given as Annexure - I; Appointment of Poulose Bharanikulangara as Head -Internal Audit, Senior Management Personnel of the Bank, for a period of three years with effect from July 01, 2026, upon completion of the employment contract of Sivakumar P as Head - Internal Audit and Senior Management Personnel, on June 30, 2026. The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given as Annexure - II.
