Confidence Petroleum India informs about resignation of director

Confidence Petroleum India has informed that vide resignation letters dated 04, June 2026, Ketki Mahendra Save (DIN-07171129) has resigned from the post of Non-Executive NonIndependent Director of the Company with effect from 04, June 2026 due to preoccupation with other activities. She has confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter. Further she ceased to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company, Risk Management Committee, CSR Committee and Management Committee of the company. Further, The Disclosure required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended read with SEBI master circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is annexed as Annexure A.
