SRM Energy informs about writing off the loan

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SRM Energy has informed that the Company has received an intimation from Spice Energy, informing that it has written-off (in full) the outstanding loan amount of Rs. 3,57,40,630.70/- as advanced earlier to the Company. Consequent to such writing-off of the aforesaid loan, the said liability shall stand extinguished in the books of Accounts of the Company and will be accounted for in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
