Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Angel One has informed about the appointment of Ajit Narayanan as Chief Technology Officer of the Company, forming part of the Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from June 08, 2026, reporting to Ambarish Kenghe, Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO). Further, Ravish Sinha, Group Chief Product and Technology Officer, is moving from his current role into an individual technologist role in the office of the GCEO.
