NTPC and Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (UPRVUNL) have signed Supplementary Joint Venture Agreement (SJVA)-III for Meja Urja Nigam (MUNPL), a 50:50 JV Company of NTPC & UPRVUNL on June 4, 2026 at Lucknow for incorporation of provisions related to capacity enhancement of Meja Stage-II from 2x660 MW to 3x800 MW in the Joint Venture Agreement.
