Affle 3i has informed that this is with reference to Notice of Postal Ballot dated May 11, 2026 (‘Postal Ballot Notice’) seeking approval of members for the matters set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Postal Ballot Notice has already been dispatched to the members of the Company on May 11, 2026 in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 & SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has issued a corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice (‘Corrigendum’), in relation to the explanatory statement of ‘Item No. 2’ of the Postal Ballot Notice, pursuant to the suggestions / comments received from the Stock Exchanges. The Corrigendum is being issued by way of a clarification and is intended to form an integral part of the Postal Ballot Notice. Shareholders of the Company and other stakeholders are requested to read the Postal Ballot Notice in conjunction with this Corrigendum. The company has informed that the Corrigendum is being sent to all members to whom the Postal Ballot Notice has been sent.
