Duroply Industries has informed that Vijay Kumar Yadav, has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide letter dated 10th June, 2026 and he will be relieved from his duties with effect from the close of business hours of 10th June, 2026. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI's Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49j14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure-A. A copy of the resignation letter received from Vijay Kumar Yadav is also enclosed.
