Aadhaar Ventures India informs about disclosure

Pursuant to SEBI circular-CIR/CFD/CMD1,/L62/2019 dated 24th December, 2019 as amended from time to tirne till date, regarding Format on Statement of Deviation or Variation for proceeds of public issue/rights issue preferential issue, Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) etc. in reference to Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aadhaar Ventures India has informed that there was no Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, etc. during the Quarter and year ended on March 31,,2026. Hence, the Statement of Deviation or Variation in Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, etc. under Regulation 32(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 is not applicable to the Company.
