Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Eternal has informed that the Company has received an order on June 09, 2026 for the period April 2023 to March 2024 passed by Deputy Commissioner (ST), State Special Circle-I, Andhra Pradesh confirming demand of GST of INR 6,48,72,000/- with interest of INR 2,49,53,504/-and penalty of INR 64,87,200/-. The details of order as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with circulars issued by SEBI is enclosed as Annexure - I.
