Firstsource Solutions informs about allotment of equity shares
Date: 10-06-2026Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Firstsource Solutions has informed that 9,042 shares have been allotted as per Firstsource Solutions Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2003 (ESOS 2003) and Firstsource Solutions Employee Stock Option Plan 2019 (ESOP 2019 Plan) on 10th June 2026, pursuant to the exercise of the Stock Options granted under the Company’s ESOP 2019 Plan. The Trustees of Firstsource Employee Benefit Trust approved the allotment at 1.40 pm.
