Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, The Anup Engineering has informed that the management of the Company will be interacting with several Institutional Investors/Analysts at Avendus Spark’s Conference on 15th June, 2026 in Mumbai One-on-One & Group meetings. The Company officials will not be sharing any unpublished price sensitive information during their interaction in the said meetings.
