Shangar Decor informs about EGM

Shangar Decor has informed that the Extra-ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 30th June, 2026 at 11:30 am IST through video conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio -Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. In accordance with Regulation 44 of the of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the e-voting facility is being provided to the shareholders of the Company. Further, be informed, 23rd June, 2026, Tuesday will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering remote e-voting period commences on Saturday, 27th June, 2026 (09:00 AM) and ends on Monday, 29th June, 2026 (05:00 PM). The e-voting module shall be disabled for voting thereafter.
