Jasch Gauging Technologies has informed that the third AGM (Post Listing) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 10:00 hours (IST) through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) or other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
