AstraZeneca Pharma India informs about resignation of senior management personnels

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), AstraZeneca Pharma India has informed that Aditi Mehta, Business Unit Director - Oncology Business Unit, of the Company has decided to pursue a career outside the organization. Mehta will complete her handover period and be relieved from duties by the close of business hours on June 12, 2026. The Company is in the process of looking for a suitable replacement for this position; Srikanth B.S., Site Lead, India Operations has decided to pursue a career outside the organization. Srikanth will complete his handover period and be relieved from duties by the close of business hours on June 15, 2026. These being Senior Management Personnel position in terms of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the company has enclosed details as required under the SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, attached as Annexure- A, alongwith their respective copies of the resignation letters enclosed.
