Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Manaksia Steels has informed that the Company has published an advertisement in Business Standard (English) and Ekdin (Bengali) Newspapers on June 12, 2026 informing the Shareholders regarding the opening of a Special Window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities. The aforesaid Notice has also been uploaded on website of the Company at www.manaksiasteels.com. The company has enclosed a copy of each of the aforesaid.
