Tata Consumer Products informs about re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares

In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Tata Consumer Products has informed that as per the information received by the Company on June 11, 2026, CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics (CRISIL), has clarified the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating of 67 under the category Strong and a Core ESG rating 66 to the Company. The Company has not engaged CRISIL for ESG Rating and that it has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to FY 2025-26 of the Company available in public domain.
