Grasim Industries has informed that the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, had today: a. Noted that Kapil Agrawal, Business Head, Textiles Business and Senior Management Personnel of the Company will be moving to a new role within the Aditya Birla Group and relinquish his position in the Company, with effect from 31st October 2026. b. Approved the appointment of Sangeeta Tanwani as CEO (Designate) - Textiles Business and as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from 1st August 2026. She will take over as CEO - Textiles Business with effect from 1st November 2026. The details required as per SEBI Circular is enclosed as Annexure A. The resignation letter received from Kapil Agrawal is enclosed as Annexure B.
