Hampton Sky Realty informs about disclosure

In continuation of the disclosure made by the Company on 20.04.2026, regarding the search proceedings conducted by the Directorate of Enforcement (‘ED’) at the Company's corporate office located at Plot No. 397, Udyog Vihar, Phase-III, Gurugram, Haryana – 122016 (‘Company’s Premises’). In this regard, Hampton Sky Realty has informed that, on 18.06.2026, the officials of ED visited the Company’s Premises for the purpose of opening, unsealing and examining the Godrej Safire electronic locker located at Company’s Premises, that was sealed pursuant to a Prohibitory Order dated 18.04.2026. Further, neither any recovery was made nor any physical files or digital media were seized during the proceedings. The Company remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and shall keep the Stock Exchange informed of any further material developments in this regard. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations is provided under Annexure A.
