Diamond Power Infrastructure informs about correction in composition of management committee

With reference to the outcome of the Board Meeting submitted on June 18, 2026, Diamond Power Infrastructure has informed that due to an inadvertent clerical error, the composition of the Management Committee was incorrectly disclosed as comprising three members instead of four members. In this regard, the company has clarified that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on June 18, 2026, approved the reconstitution of the Management Committee of Directors comprising the following four members and delegated to the Committee the requisite powers and authorities in connection with the proposed issuance of Eligible Securities through Qualified Institutions Placement (‘QIP’): a) Mr. Rakesh Shah - Chairperson (Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director), b) Mr. Himanshu Shah – Member (Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director), c) Dr. Varsha Adhikari - Member (Independent Director) and d) Mr. Pawan Lohiya- Member (Chief Financial Officer).
