Manoj Jewellers informs about board meeting

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Manoj Jewellers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on June 24, 2026 at the Registered Office of the Company at No. 59, NSC Bose Road, Sowcarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600079, to consider: 1. The proposal of fund raising by way of equity shares or other securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode, as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required and as may be deemed appropriate by the Board, 2. Appointment of Sunil Shantilal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Company. Further in accordance with the applicable regulations of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, from June 19, 2026 till 48 hours of the conclusion of Board Meeting to be held on June 24, 2026.
